Athletic Registration

To be eligible to tryout/join a team you must:

  1. (NEW AS OF 7/1/24) have a current sports physical on file with the school nurse that was completed wihtin 365 days of the first official practice.  You must use the 4 page packet required by the state of NJ found here - PHYSICAL PACKET.  A hard copy of the last page of the packet ("Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Medical Eligibility Form") must be signed by the physician and returned to Jill Snyder or Michael London.  Please also consider submitting this voluntary history page to Ms. Snyder - Voluntary History Form, this will allow our staff to best care for your child.
  2. complete the Online Athletic Registration (see below)
  3. complete the Health History Update Questionaire (HHUQ).  This form is included in the registion and no longer needs to be printed.

 

REGISTRATION

  • There may only be 1 account per family.  If you have already created account, you must use the same account for all siblings.  The program will allow 3 attempts to remember a password before locking you out.  If you cannot remember the password, click "Forgot Password" and instructions will be emailed to the address on file.
  • TO REGISTER, click "VIEW MY ACCOUNT" at the top right of this page.
  • IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY ACCOUNT and have previously registered a student click the  "VIEW MY ACCOUNT" button at the top of the page and select "Login to My Account" under "Returning Users".  Using the same username and password you created previously, login.
  • IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME LOGGING IN click the "VIEW MY ACCOUNT" button at the top of the page and select "Create New Account".
  • After logging in, you must fill out all information with an asterisk (*).
  • Complete all of the required pages and click the Blue Submit Button at the end.
  • After submitting, you will receive a message that you have successfully registered.  All information is saved online.  You do not need to print.
  • Only sign up for the WINTER 2024-2025 SEASON.

  • If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 since your last physical, you will need a clearance note from a doctor to return to athletics.

The Online Registration and physical deadline is November 1, 2024.

Late registration and/or incomplete physicals may result in not being cleared in time for the first day of practice/tryouts.  Physicals and registration can take up to 1 week to process.  Please make sure the doctor completely fills out the Medical Eligibility Form with all important information and, prefereably, the office stamp.

Bowling, Cheer, Winter Track, Boys' & Girls' Basketball, Boys' and Girls' Fencing, Ice Hockey, Wrestling
